Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns.
  
• Conduct tax research and provide strategic planning insights.
  
• Manage tax audits and represent clients with tax authorities.
  
• Mentor and develop junior staff accountants.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  
• Identify and mitigate tax risks.
  
• Contribute to firm operations and administrative functions.
  

Qualifications:

• CPA certification required.
  
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Master’s in Taxation.
  
• 3+ years of public accounting experience focused on tax.
  
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, compliance, and regulations.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients.
  
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office.
  
• Leadership experience and strong problem-solving abilities.
