Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of tax professionals to ensure the completion of tax engagements in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare and review tax returns for a diverse client base, including individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
- Conduct research and analysis on complex tax issues to provide innovative tax planning strategies and solutions to clients
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to identify tax-saving opportunities and develop tax-efficient structures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate tax risks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service and acting as a trusted advisor
- Assist in the development and implementation of tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities
- Review financial statements and other relevant documents to identify potential tax issues or opportunities
- Provide guidance and support to clients during tax audits and examinations
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development

Job Details
Qualifications:
- CPA is required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including experience with nonprofit, small business, healthcare, construction, real estate, financial institutions, manufacturing, wholesale, and distribution industries
- Excellent technical skills in tax preparation and compliance
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team, ensuring high-quality work and meeting deadlines
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
