TAX MANAGER - CPA at Globalforce Intl. (MAIN)

QUALIFICATIONS:

-  Public accounting experience.

-  Prepare and review:  High-net, 1065's, 1041's, 990's, 1120-S

-   Direct and supervise a team of tax staff, in the preparation of tax returns.

-  Review of final product.

-  Staff training.

-  Maintain database to track work group's clients.

-  Set guidelines for proper tax return documentation.

-  Form/Register new businesses.

-  Research tax laws.
