About the Job
We have been engaged by a large, global industrial client for its search for an experienced Tax Manager. The employer offers a competitive compensation package (including 401k match, bonus) and some hybrid flexibility. This role will work alongside a stellar executive team and have the opportunity be extremely impactful.
The Tax Manager will be responsible for US (federal and state) tax compliance, tax provisions, staff leadership, and forecasting for tax cash impact.
The right candidate for this Corporate Tax Manager role will have:
- CPA designation (required)
- 6+ years of relevant experience (corporate tax compliance and provision)
- Experience leading staff
- Experience working in a large company's Corporate Tax department
- Bachelor's in Accounting; Master's in Taxation preferred
- Experience with various tax software systems; Onesource preferred
- Expertise with Alteryx or Power Bi strongly preferred
- Big 4 experience preferred
- Desire and ability to be a "working" manager - both reviewing staff work and hands on preparation
- A history of job stability and career progression
