About the Job
- Develop architectural designs in line with client requirements and project specifications
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and Grasshopper for design and modeling
- Prepare construction documents, including drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct construction estimating and budgeting for projects
- Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors
- Engage in business development activities to acquire new projects
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and ArchiCAD
- Experience with software tools like Grasshopper, Bluebeam, and other design applications
- Strong understanding of construction estimating, budgeting, and contract negotiation
