Job Details
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our team within Public Accounting. The ideal candidate must have a valid CPA certification and a minimum of 3 years of experience in tax management. The candidate must have a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations and must be able to work independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Job Details
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our team within Public Accounting. The ideal candidate must have a valid CPA certification and a minimum of 3 years of experience in tax management. The candidate must have a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations and must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct tax reviews and audits to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and estates
- Analyze financial statements and tax returns to identify tax-saving opportunities
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients
- Provide tax advice and guidance to clients on a variety of tax-related issues
- Manage and mentor junior tax staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid CPA certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax management
- Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
- Experience in individual tax, partnership tax, trust, and estate
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage and mentor junior tax staff
