Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns.
- Tax Planning: Develop tax-efficient strategies to minimize tax liability.
- Audit Support: Assist during tax audits with external auditors.
- Tax Research: Stay updated on tax laws and provide guidance.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare income tax-related financial statements.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals.
- Tax Strategy: Develop and execute long-term tax strategies.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage tax risks and opportunities.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments.
- Compliance Oversight: Oversee transfer pricing, tax credits, and incentives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (Master's or CPA preferred).
- 5 years of progressive tax experience.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
