38 hour work week during non-busy season with the option for summer hours.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertake in-depth tax research
- Oversee and manage client portfolios effectively
- Oversee and prepare tax returns for Partnerships, Corporations, and Individuals
- Conduct thorough reviews of financial documents and specific client information prepared by clients
- Engage in meaningful correspondence with clients to gather information, offer counsel, and set clear expectations
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree in accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification, complemented by experience in public accounting
- Experience in conducting tax research
- 3-8+ years in tax preparation and review
- An individual who is adept at juggling multiple tasks, can work independently, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to communicate with clients and address their needs promptly
