Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire tax process, including planning, compliance, and audit defense.
- Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns and ensure timely submission.
- Research and resolve tax issues, interpret tax regulations, and ensure company's tax compliance.
- Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Develop tax strategies to optimize tax liabilities and ensure tax efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Master's degree in Taxation or CPA is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in tax management, tax compliance, and tax advisory.
- Proven experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns is a must.
- Strong knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
