WHAT WE’RE SEEKING:
This is a great opportunity for a high-level, technically strong tax professional who understands the importance of being strategic and firm oriented and how it affects all aspects of the business. Someone who embraces technology and uses it to improve processes. As a key member of our tax services group, this valued team member will participate in providing advisory and oversight of the firm’s tax practice, complex tax return review, tax planning, and tax consulting to private organizations in the greater West Michigan area. This will include a keen ability to stay up to date on best practices and business legislation, provide knowledge sharing, and develop team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Active CPA license
- Review experience (individual 1040, business S-Corp, partnership)
- Minimum of 10 years of related public accounting or related tax service experience
- Minimum 5 years of people management or supervisory experience
- Ability to lead tax department
- Proven time and project management skills
- Prefers a fast-paced, hands-on work environment
