Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as a Tax Credit Compliance Manager for a rapidly growing and dynamic property management organization.
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience as a Tax-Credit Compliance Specialist or Analyst
• Familiar with Tax-Credit, Section 8, and HUD apartment communities
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
• Excellent communication and writing skills
Responsibilities
•Ensure all Tax-Credit files meet all regulations prior to approving a move-in
•Work with assigned Community Managers to ensure each resident file is up to date and compliant
•Continuously monitor compliance with all policies and procedures
•Train property teams on Tax-Credit/Section 8 policies and compliance procedures
•Perform audits of resident files as needed
•Work with onsite teams to ensure resident recertifications are complete on an annual basis

Candidates will be required to pass a credit & criminal background check and drug test.
