Qualifications:
1. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax management, preferably Public.
3. Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements for high-net worth individuals, trusts, and estates.
4. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team effectively.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research complex tax issues and provide innovative solutions.

7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in tax return preparation and review.
