Tax Coordinator - PrideStaff

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Project Coordinator to assist in validating logins for state tax compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing logins, documenting findings, and identifying gaps in our processes related to various tax types, including payroll tax, sales tax, and unemployment tax.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and document logins for state-specific tax accounts based on FEIN.
• Identify and fill gaps in current tax processes and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Maintain comprehensive records of testing results and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Strong self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with a willingness to ask questions.
• Basic understanding of various tax types: company/sales/use tax, payroll tax, and unemployment tax.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in documentation.
