As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Preparing, examining, or analyzing accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
- Transfer pricing planning and studies
- Review quarterly tax provisions and various tax computations
- Oversee preparation of worldwide transfer pricing documentation, including master file, local files, and country by country reporting
- Complex technical tax issues, perform research and analysis
- Analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss
- Establish and maintain a quarterly income tax provision process under ASC740.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Tax, and CPA required.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of corporate tax experience with multinational corporations.
- At Least 3 years management experience.
- Proficiency with income tax accounting (ASC 740).
- International tax experience required.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
