We are seeking a Permanent Tax Attorney to join our dynamic team in the Accounting + Finance industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned tax professional with a strong legal background to provide expert legal advice on a broad range of tax matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for our tax representation/issues . This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, practical problem-solving, and a deep understanding of federal tax laws. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Job Details
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Licensed to practice law in the state.
3. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
4. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Tax Attorney or in a similar role.
5. Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
6. Proven experience in managing tax audits and handling tax litigation.
7. Strong research and analytical skills.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
11. High level of integrity and professional ethics.
12. Proficiency in tax software and other relevant computer applications.
