Job Overview:

One of our clients, a boutique law firm, is looking for a tax attorney to join their team. The firm focuses on tax planning and risk management for entrepreneurs and private clients. Role will involve tax planning, asset protection, filing entity status, and drafting documents. filing of business documents with various states; compliance both Federal and State;

You will learn about structure and planning and tax controversy through work experience.
 

Role/Firm:

• Never work more than 40 hours a week, and you will still have plenty of work
• Casual environment
• Breakfast in the mornings
• Lunch on Thursdays where all sit and eat together, at times sharing stories or playing games

• 401 K match of 3%

Compensation:

• Get paid based on production and performance – unlimited compensation
