Job Details
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Georgia Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a tax attorney.
- Extensive knowledge of tax law, particularly in relation to irrevocable trusts.
- Proven experience representing clients before federal, state, and local tax agencies.
