Job Title:& Tax Associate

Location: Madison, WI 53717

Experience:& Minimum of& 8 full years in the Tax profession/ Public accounting experience. CPA candidate or licensed or Enrolled Agent !!preferred!!

& EA required CPA nice to have.

Comp:& 80k-120k base& + Bonuses& + Benefits (salary is flex based on experience)

Employment Type:& Fulltime, Hybrid

Eligibility:

U.S. Citizens, Permanent Residents, and Visa holders (Visa holders must be able to communicate effectively).

Responsibilities:

& & • Prepare business and individual tax returns.

& & • Work with senior associates and managers on maintaining client relationships and meeting various filing deadlines throughout the year.

& & • Improve your understanding and knowledge of tax law by reading professional literature or attending tax seminars and training courses.

& & • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

& & • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

& & • General proficiency with Microsoft Suite.

& & • Ability to learn from previous experiences and apply knowledge to future assignments.

& & • Quality communication between other staff and clients.

& & • Attention to detail and organization.

& & • Be a team player.
