Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Tax Administrative Assistant at Krohn, Watters & Hicks, LLP in San Francisco, CA. The Tax Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative assistance, executive administrative support, phone etiquette, communication, and clerical tasks to support the tax team. This position will also be responsible for managing tax workflow software to assist our tax team.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance experience
- Strong phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Exceptional organization
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in a tax or accounting environment is a plus
