Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 per year

Job Details
Responsibilities:
· Prepare all taxes: Individual, Corporate, Independent, Small Business, etc.
· Execute excellent Customer Service
· Maintain accurate records of all interactions and completed tax documents
Requirements:
CPA or EA a plus
· 8+ Years of Tax Preparing experience - Required
· 3+ Years of Customer Service experience – Preferred
· Excellent Time Management skills - Required
· Friendly, outgoing attitude – Required
· 5+ Years of QuickBooks Experience- Required
· Experience in Lacerte is preferred
· Job hoppers need not apply
· Have an understanding and experience in all areas of tax preparation of Personal 1040s, Partnerships, Fiduciary and Corporate Returns
· Be looking for a long-term career
· Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft systems
· Basic understanding of accounting/bookkeeping
· Knowledge of scheduling platforms like Google Calendars and Microsoft Outlook
· Ability to operate all basic office machines: copiers, printers, computers, faxes, etc.
· General computer knowledge
· Detail oriented
