Looking for a career where you can make a difference every day? We are looking for a Benefits Analyst/Task Lead to be on our Plan Assumption Team.

You will be part of a 40 + member team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams to deliver a wide variety of tasks related to processing of benefits administration work and will report directly to the Project Manager or Operations Manager for this line of business.
The Task Lead conducts the review and processing of a wide variety of more complex tasks related to processing of benefits administration work and the monitoring of staff workload. The Task Lead is responsible for meeting daily tasks associated with their assigned operational activities, processes and workflows. The Task Lead supports the Operations Supervisor by providing training, feedback, to include providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) input, to Benefits Administrators and Administrative Support Staff in support of their assigned operational tasks. The Task Lead supports the Operations Supervisor in the preparation of operational data through the daily monitoring and reporting of the status of their assigned tasks and participates in UAT testing.
As a Task Lead, you can expect to:
- Monitor staff workload and ensure work is completed.
- Provide feedback and training to team members and to the Operations Supervisor.
- Assistance with development of staff and providing feedback to Operations Supervisor on performance and/or training needs.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the target salary range is $51,000 - $58,000; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you must have:
- An Associates Degree in a related field. An additional year of relevant work experience may be substituted for a degree.
- 2 years of related experience or three years of related experience.
- Experience can include, but not be limited to: employee benefits, claims processing, billing, payroll, banking, human resources, customer service, quality review.
- Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
