Successful candidates will have:
* At least 3 years experience cooking in a fast paced full service, Fine Dining or Upscale Casual Restaurant.
* Be creative & enjoy farm to table, fresh is best cooking.
* Be reliable. You are the Executive Chefs right hand. His right hand needs to be organized, possess a sense of urgency, have excellent cooking and supervisory skills and a working knowledge of ordering from vendors, controlling labor, mentoring staff and food safety.
