A large Law Firm in Los Angles, CA is seeking Talent Systems Administrator/Workday Expert to join their team.
Salary: 130K - 145K/YR
Mostly Remote Role. Candidates must live in Los Angeles, CA area because occasionally you will need to report to the office.

Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance our Workday HRIS and other systems.
- Innovate: Design and implement new modules, features, and integrations.
- Collaborate: Work with experts to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
- Support: Provide top-notch system support and training.
- Enhance: Identify opportunities to boost system performance.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years minimum experience in a similar role.
- Advanced Workday configuration and administration experience.
- Operational support and project management experience in HR systems.
- Strong/expert level Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional Service Focus - ability to professionally handle end-user inquiries and meet or exceed customer expectations regarding service.
