We are seeking an experienced Talent Systems Administrator to oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our HR technology, providing robust system support, and driving continuous improvements to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Workday and other HR information systems for peak performance and security.
- Manage system functionality, data integrity, and process efficiency.
- Design, test, and implement new modules, features, and integrations.
- Oversee system updates, troubleshoot issues, and support system interfaces.
- Provide user training, support, and best practices for system functionality.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and recommend optimizations.
- Manage system configuration, security, roles, and data architecture.
- Build and maintain reports for scheduled and ad hoc analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Human Resources, Payroll, Recruiting, Attorney Development).
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party system providers.
- Document system processes and configurations comprehensively.
- Support key HR initiatives such as performance reviews and open enrollment.
- Lead system-related projects and drive process improvements.
- Troubleshoot, track, and resolve system issues, leveraging vendor support when necessary.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with advanced Workday configuration and administration expertise.
- Proven experience in operational support and HR systems project management.
- Strong service focus with the ability to manage and resolve user inquiries professionally.
- Creative problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying analytical findings effectively.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- General knowledge of HR functions and legal requirements.
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to contribute across functions.
Additional Details
The base salary range for this position is $80K - $165K annually, depending on experience.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
