About the Job
The Talent Specialist is a vital member of the HR team, responsible for driving effective talent acquisition strategies and supporting ongoing employee development. This position involves managing the end-to-end hiring process - from assessing team needs, to guiding new hires through the onboarding journey. Additionally, the role includes overseeing performance management initiatives and organizing impactful training and professional growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer performance evaluation processes, ensuring they are constructive and aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate and implement training programs designed to develop employees' skills and support career growth.
- Promote and help shape a vibrant workplace culture that encourages diversity, inclusion, and mutual respect.
- Work with employees and managers to identify developmental opportunities, fostering a learning-oriented environment.
- Support HR initiatives that contribute to long-term employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee development, and performance management.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to foster a positive work environment that aligns with company values.
- Familiarity with HR software and performance management systems is a plus.
