We are seeking a passionate Talent Partner to support Rubrik's Early Talent Program. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of connecting emerging talent to transformative opportunities while fostering a world-class internship experience. You will primarily focus on full-cycle university recruiting and creating inclusive, engaging experiences for early-career professionals.
What you’ll do:
- Drive end-to-end university recruiting for non-technical roles, from sourcing and engaging candidates to hiring top talent.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing data-driven insights and tailored recommendations to meet their unique hiring needs.
- Provide comprehensive support throughout the intern lifecycle with an unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional experience at every stage.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process for interns, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Plan and organize summer events, including social gatherings, networking opportunities, and volunteering activities to enhance the overall experience for interns.
- Focus on delivering a best-in-class experience for all stakeholders involved in the early career program.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the early career program, ensuring seamless execution of administrative tasks and logistical support.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and campus representatives to strengthen relationships and expand the reach of the early career program.
- Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives within the Early Talent Programs team.
- Work out of our HQ office based in Palo Alto, CA
Experience you’ll need:
- 2+ years of full-lifecycle university recruiting experience, preferably within a high-growth or dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to attract and hire talented candidates across various teams, locations, and profiles.
- Experience in handling high-volume resumes, emails, phone screens, project management, etc., balancing efficiency with attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications:
- Passion for empowering early-career talent and creating inclusive, high-impact opportunities.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, with knowledge of best practices in the university recruiting space.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g., RippleMatch, Handshake, WayUp).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
This position is a 12-month contract. The selected candidate will be referred to a staffing agency for employment onboarding for the six-month term. Rubrik is not accepting applications/submissions from agencies for this role.
