Job Description:
Pay Range: $24.00 - $25.00
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Job Description:
- Administrative Assistant II
- This position is responsible for providing a broad scope of administrative support to the Director of Talent Management and the Talent Management Team. There are occasional additional duties that support the Director of Employee and Labor Relations.
- Key Roles & Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned.
- Performs all essential functions and aspects of the job including any other specific job requirements
- Coordinates calendars, meetings, and activities, schedules training and meeting rooms, maintains assigned office equipment, coordinates travel arrangements, coordinates supplies, training materials, printing, and meals, coordinates other services provided by vendors including routine purchase orders and local contracts, processes invoices for payment, prepares expense reports, reconciles credit cards, and manages the learning email inbox
- Prepares program material in advance for training sessions and assist with set up at various locations.
- Provides learning management system (LMS) support to learners and the training team; assists learners with enrollment and LMS issues, assists with training reports, conducts internal reviews of training records, and supports the LMS administrators on various tasks and projects, as required
- Assists with scheduling interviews including reserving rooms and corresponding with interview panel and candidates
- Serves as the SharePoint Administrator for the team; creates and maintains subsites, pages, libraries, permissions and content
- Prepares and distributes various correspondence, email, meeting minutes, training schedules, vacation schedules, and reports
- Performs routine edits to training materials and other documents, prepares files, and retains documentation and records in accordance with department needs and company policies
- High School diploma or GED
- Three years’ experience in administrative support function
- Knowledge of Client, electric utility business, and customer interface a plus
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, SharePoint, and internet/intranet applications
- Knowledge of company operations, policies and procedures a plus
- Experience with a learning management system a plus
- Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with internal and external clients at all levels, including executive management
- Accurate, timely work products
- Flexible and performs well in a high-energy, changing environment with minimal supervision
