Talent & Recruiting Operations Coordinator
Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized Talent & Recruiting Operations Coordinator to support our HR and recruiting functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong project management skills, and is eager to make an impact and learn!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
- Support onboarding and new hire process
- Maintain HRIS for data and benefits administration.
- Coordinate Training programs
- Support HR projects
- Support Employee Communications
- Provide excellent customer service, handling employee inquiries with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; internship in HR or recruiting is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, results-driven approach.
- Must be coachable with a thick skin. We move fast and give just-in-time feedback. Be ready to take it in and apply the learning!
