In this role, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and world-class experience for all Desert Mountain teammates. As the first point of contact in the office, the T&C Coordinator will assist with all incoming calls and walk-in guests, provide administrative support, and drive an exceptional employee experience. Additionally, this role will support training & development initiatives as well as recognition programs.
The ideal candidate will radiate great energy, and genuine friendliness. At least 1 year of Human Resources experience is preferred. A minimum of 2 years hospitality experience is a is required. Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls and greet all guests in a professional and welcoming manner providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public spaces in the T&C Office.
- Assist teammates with First Aid Kits and supplies ordering for the Club.
- Maintain office inventory and place orders for office supplies, business cards, and name badges.
- Order gift cards for teammate recognition programs and prepare for monthly audit.
- Monitor and respond to internal text messages through IT systems.
- Assist T&C Operations Manager with teammate communication programs.
- Complete employment verification requests in a timely manner, both written and verbal.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of T&C and the rest of the team as needed.
- Assist T&C team by creating and maintaining spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
- Upload employee documents to Paycom as needed and enter new hires into the HOA database for teammate gate access.
- Upload teammate photos into Paycom for all new hires and share orientation group photo with all leaders following each New Hire Orientation.
- Provide support to teammates by resolving Paycom access issues.
- Assist T&C Operations Manager with wage garnishments and other important payroll tasks including live check distribution.
- Work with T&C Operations Manager to facilitate weekly, monthly, and annual recognition programs including but not limited to birthdays & anniversaries, monthly department recognition programs, and annual recognition events.
- Assist with training content creation and facilitation, including but not limited to monthly safety training, new hire orientation, internship programs, and leadership development.
- Maintain cleanliness of training room including set up & break down, inventory, and placing orders for food & beverage supplies for all training events.
- Assist with social media posts and engagement.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
