Talent Acquisitions Specialist at Creative Financial Staffing

Talent Acquisitions Specialist Responsibilities:

• Exempt Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process for approximately 30-40 exempt positions, including engineers, supply chain, and planning roles, as well as 2 additional exempt positions. Handle multiple roles simultaneously.
• Production Hiring Support: Collaborate with the team to assist with production hiring needs as required.
• Candidate Sourcing: Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, professional networks, and other recruitment tools. Review resumes and identify top talent for open roles.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening calls, coordinate and participate in onsite interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the process.
• Talent Events: Represent the company at talent events, fostering strong connections with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Talent Acquisitions Specialist Education and Skills:

• 3+ years of proven experience in recruiting for exempt-level roles, with a strong understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools is highly desirable.
• A results-oriented mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Preference for candidates with a stable work history.
