Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align hiring strategies with business goals.
- Utilize LinkedIn as the primary sourcing tool to identify, connect, and engage with qualified candidates.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to uncover passive candidates and build talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Leverage existing networks and industry connections to attract top talent.
- Analyze current recruiting processes and recommend improvements to streamline and enhance efficiency.
- Provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability in the packaging and distribution sectors.
- Effectively use the ATS to manage candidate data, track recruitment metrics, and ensure compliance with hiring regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize the ATS and identify additional tools that could enhance the recruiting process.
- Enhance job postings and career page content to reflect company culture and values.
- Manage a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or packaging industries.
- Proven ability to source and hire talent using LinkedIn and ATS systems with minimal additional tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
