As a leading facilities services platform, we provide exceptional sweeping, facilities maintenance, and janitorial services. Over the next five years, we plan to expand aggressively in St. Louis and beyond, growing into multiple states through organic growth, technology adoption, and strategic acquisitions. We are seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive our recruiting efforts and build the team that will drive this growth.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will report directly to Michael Lages, Katsam’s CFO and Head of HR. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce by:

• Managing the Recruiting Process

  Collaborating with leadership to define roles, source candidates, and drive the hiring pipeline.

  
  

• Screening Resumes

  Identifying top candidates who align with our mission and values.

  
  

• Conducting Interviews

  Assessing candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.

  
  

• Communicating with Candidates

  Keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.

  
  

• Showcasing Our Vision

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking individuals with the following background and skills:

• Location

• Experience

  Background in talent acquisition, HR, and/or sales.

  
  

• Communication Skills

  Exceptional ability to engage and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  Proven track record of setting and achieving challenging targets.

Compensation

We offer a competitive annual salary plus commission/bonus, commensurate with experience.
