About the Job
- Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/Video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with company culture.
- Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews with hiring managers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, offer negotiation and on-board preparation.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Establish, update and maintain the core position talent pool, and establish the corresponding talent pool according to the actual situation of the position, and reserve professional talents in specific fields.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with team members to sort out the recruitment process, optimize the recruitment process and improve the recruitment efficiency.
- Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.
- This is an on-site role.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in human resource management or business administration.
- More than 3 years of relevant recruiting working experience, familiar with pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiar with all kinds of recruitment channels, master interview skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills, good teamwork awareness.
- Proactive and responsible.
