In this position...
+ As the Talent Acquisition Global TA Operations Lead, you will have the opportunity to bring our Ford purpose to life to inspire prospective talent. You will have primary responsibility for management and leadership of global technology projects and reporting.
What you'll do...
+ Lead TA systems and data projects and programs, mostly large in scope, that may cover global markets.
+ Support critical technology projects, end-to-end.
+ Provide SME support in design and delivery of system and system process projects and programs.
+ Engage with stakeholders at all levels to keep projects on time and on track.
+ Provide regular project and program updates to leadership.
+ Create, implement and sustain global data integrity through system and process design
+ Audit system processes to ensure compliance and data integrity
You'll have...
+ 4 year degree Bachelors Degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field
+ 3+ years’ experience leading global projects
+ 2+ years’ experience leading Talent Acquisition system and process design
+ 2+ years’ experience managing reporting and data integrity
+ Experience running multiple projects simultaneously

+ Demonstrated background in systems analysis or data analysis
