Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the recruitment cycle from end to end partnering with hiring managers to support hiring initiatives. This position will proactively develop diverse talent pipelines and provide full cycle recruiting support by leveraging social media, job sites and applicant tracking systems to attract high quality candidates. This position will be primarily supporting Mansfield, TX site hiring needs & secondarily the needs of North America Manufacturing and Operations roles. As a hybrid employee, maintain an onsite presence as needed to support and collaborate with Site Leaders and candidates interviewing at the Mansfield site.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Drives the recruiting process from end to end including sourcing, screening, interviewing, advising in the selection of final candidates, preparing offer paperwork, extending offers to candidates, negotiations, tracking receipt offer and new hire paperwork
- Maintains and advises on recruiting policies, procedures and strategies (passive and active candidate sourcing strategy, referral program, internal transfers).
- Execute recruitment strategy meetings with Hiring Managers at the beginning of a new search.
- Establishes, builds and maintains strong and effective relationships and partnerships with hiring managers.
- Proactively builds and maintains a diverse talent pipeline for respective functions.
- Must possess considerable skill in direct sourcing of candidates through various means including social media, university recruiting, and interviewing.
- Ability to proactively partner with local HR colleagues to ensure a seamless recruitment process and flow to other local HR processes (i.e. position management, benefits, etc.)
- Initiates and reviews all background checks and conducts employment reference checks.
- Acts as a local liaison with Adecco staffing partner supporting Mansfield, TX site.
- Prepares recruiting status reports and other analytics to bring visibility to recruiting processes, summarizes data and trends, and identifies/implements necessary improvements. Proactively brings issues to the organization before they escalate.
- Manages onboarding process for all new hires and partners with HR Coordinator in preparing new hire package, conducting new hire orientations and facilitating questions as needed.
- Assesses training needs and provides recruiting and interview training for hiring managers at all levels of the organization.
- Utilizes updates and maintains Talent Acquisition Tools and systems.
- Manages immigration process for new hires, international transfers, and on-going active immigration cases. Acts as contact for foreign national employees and their managers to answer routine to complex inquiries related to visa status, obtaining permanent residency, etc.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting at all levels in the organization, particularly in high volume, fast growth environments. Recruiting in Manufacturing/Operations organizations preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must have a passion for finding solutions with excellent follow through and execution.
- Requires good computer skills and demonstrated ability to utilize systems, in order to improve efficiency.
- Must be proficient in producing recruiting reports and monitoring progress through analytics
- Exceptional candidate assessment skills with expertise in behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Strong focus on process improvement with a solutions oriented mindset
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo and/or Kenexa) preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
