The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic talent acquisition tactics and leading a high-performing recruitment team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our company's mission and goals.
- Manage, guide, and lead the talent acquisition team to deliver high-quality talent sourcing and recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and create a robust talent pipeline.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview process, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the skills and competencies required for vacancies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and use that knowledge to attract and recruit top talent.
- Develop a strong employer brand and ensure that it aligns with our company's brand.
- Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of talent acquisition.
- Implement new sourcing methods and improve existing ones.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership role.
- Experience in temporary staffing is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
- Proficient in using HR software and candidate databases.
- Outstanding leadership skills with a great ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and make sound judgment calls.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
