How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams (creating raving fans in the process)
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing them with necessary information regarding the status of their candidacy. ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Continuously update the applicant tracking system promptly with the appropriate candidate and/or position information. Maintains a record of recruiting activities which includes candidate assessment and requisition data.
- Manage recruitment-related logistics, such as greeting candidates, travel arrangements, and accommodations for candidates.
- Work alongside team members to ensure the Recruiting Cycle/process is efficient, candidate-friendly, and effective while representing the Beta culture
- Under the guidance of a Talent Acquisition partner, actively source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a thorough understanding of position requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates on recruitment activities to the HR team.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Facilitate regular communication between candidates and hiring teams to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
Minimum Qualifications we are seeking:
- BS/BA or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- Minimum of 3 years of service, office support, or other relevant experience
- Computer savvy with proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Products; general software aptitude
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit. Every interaction counts! The successful candidate will have superior hospitality skills and an ability to quickly connect with a wide variety of people.
