Dental Care Alliance is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Support Specialist to support and lead efforts that will directly support in the; hiring, onboarding, systems administration, marketing and sourcing efforts, interview and selection, and general recruitment efforts. This role will primarily support clinical hiring efforts to expedite and enhance the hiring experience for clinicians, designed to expand access to care for the patients we serve across our 400 dental practices.
This is a remote role, that may require occasional travel.
Responsibilities:- Align to enhance candidate experience, by supporting recruiters to offer a white glove service to potential candidates across various disciplines with a strong focus on Dentists, Surgeons, and other clinical professionals.
- Directly support interview and selection, including but not limited to: interview scheduling, hiring leader alignment, and candidate travel and coordination for interviews.
- Support coordination and alignment for recruitment events and trade shows
- Managing and organizing calendars of events, team meetings, and general administrative duties.
- Align with specific technology to organize, report, and align on specific analytics and data
- Manage and support applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management tools, scheduling and pre-employment technologies and services.
- Deliver excellent customer service to candidates and internal clients/hiring leaders with effective and proactive communication
- Process expense and other reports for internal teammates as assigned by internal TA leadership
- Excellent detail orientation, and ability to manage and coordinate competing priorities across a large geography
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate administrative function, preferably in Talent Acquisition within the medical or dental industry
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service related environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication, typically acquired by; formal education, military service, or 5+ years of professional experience in a corporate, medical, or office environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools such as; outlook, word, visio, excel, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple schedules, leveraging various forms of technology
