Summary:
- We are seeking a highly detailed-oriented and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) to join our fast-paced team.
- This critical role supports our talent acquisition function by managing pre-boarding processes, including background checks, candidate tracking, and offer coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Background Check Management:
- Initiate and track candidate background checks in Sterling.
- Communicate regularly with the vendor to obtain updates and resolve issues promptly.
Candidate Onboarding:
- Process candidate hiring in SmartRecruiters and update Workday and other internal systems with accurate data.
- Maintain and update new hire trackers using spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy.
Pre-Boarding Support:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to monitor candidate statuses and ensure a seamless pre-boarding process, including background check completion.
Data Management:
- Handle multiple streams of data entry and manual tracking across systems, maintaining consistency and precision.
Process Documentation:
- Learn and document talent acquisition processes, making recommendations for improvements and ensuring efficient workflows.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates during the hiring process, providing regular updates and responding to inquiries.
Problem Solving and Process Ownership:
- Identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements.
- Independently manage tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Workday and SmartRecruiters applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with Sterling as a background check vendor.
Skills:
- Extreme attention to detail with a track record of minimal errors in data entry and documentation.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a high-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Smartsheet for managing manual tracking spreadsheets.
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
