We are recruiting for a polished and motivated individual to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide high touch, administrative support to the Talent Acquisition recruiters, including coordinating schedules for virtual, on-site and travel interviews. To succeed in this role, you will need to be detail oriented, an excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders, and possess strong time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of an Associate's degree required. Degree in Human Resources is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in staffing coordination or in an HR environment. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are required to interact extensively with
personnel at all levels within the company.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills, including email/phone etiquette, attention
to detail, follow-up, and can-do attitude.
• Effectively handles multiple tasks and ability to prioritize workload.
• Strong MS Office experience, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
