Primary Responsibilities
• Assists advisors and brokers with the contracting progress. Manages contracting process from initial codes to endorsed contract
• Reviews applications for completion and accuracy and resolves discrepancies with COO, or hiring Managing Director
• Assists advisors with completing client contracts and Forms U-4
• Maintains and updates the Talent Acquisition Departments records for tracking candidates and management reporting
• Keeps current and is proficient with client policies, procedures, and guidelines as it relates to contracting and licensing
Secondary Responsibilities
• Provide business support to Managing Directors
• Provides licensing instructions for resident and non-resident licenses and third-party appointments
• May assist the COO with additional recruiting activities
• Facilitates administrative onboarding process for new advisors
• This position may serve as back up to agency personnel duties as necessary, including but not limited to Site Coordinator and administrative functions
• Performs other duties as assigned or required
Measurement Criteria:
• Maintain an efficient process for contracting and licensing
• Prompt and efficient handling of requests within 24 business hours of receipt
• Timely communication to candidates, Managing Directors, and Director of Talent Acquisition during recruiting process
Qualifications (Skills, Education, Training, and Registrations)
• Proficient computer, telephone, and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience
• College Degree, or High School diploma or equivalent
• Thorough understanding of licensing/registration process and requirements
