Annual salary range: $68,307 - $100,755
Qualifications
Education:
+ Requires a Bachelor's in Human Resources or a related field; OR an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.
Experience:
+ Must have at least seven (7) years of progressively responsible recruiting/talent acquisition professional-level positions experience demonstrating a solid understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Certification/licensure:
+ SHRM Certification or working toward designation is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ The ability to maintain confidentiality standards is a must.
+ Must be able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization and outside contacts.
+ Must be approachable, people-oriented, and a good listener.
+ Requires the ability to be a creative, independent thinker.
+ Must be able to develop and maintain relationships with local universities, community colleges, and associations.
+ Must demonstrate the ability to consult with and coach leadership-level staff.
+ Must be able to effectively deal with demanding customers when solving problems by demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Must have considerable knowledge and skills in interviewing techniques, sourcing for candidates, and posting on social media.
+ Must have knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment.
+ Strong analytical, interpersonal, investigative, and organizational skills are essential.
+ Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.
