Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the recruitment process and administrative functions for the Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs). Collaborating closely with hiring managers and TAPs, this role ensures the seamless onboarding of new caregivers while adhering to HR industry standards and guidelines.
Skillset / Experience:
Talent Acquisition Assistant:
- Administration (80%):
- Support TAPs in their recruitment efforts.
- Handle administrative tasks related to Applicant Tracking System (ATS) processing.
- Screening (10%):
- Ensure compliance with eligibility policies during the screening process.
- Meetings/Operations (10%):
- Attend and actively participate in departmental and divisional staff meetings.
- Contribute to problem-solving within defined protocols and procedures.
Standard Staffing Level Responsibilities:
- Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.
- Attend relevant meetings, conferences, and seminars as required.
- Implement Quality Improvement methodologies in daily operations.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster an environment of professionalism, tolerance, and acceptance among colleagues, patients, and visitors.
- Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
License/Certification/Education:
- Required: High school diploma
- Preferred: Associate's degree or equivalent
- Experience/Skills:
Required:
- 1-2 years of HR or professional recruiting experience.
- Excellent communication skills for candidate engagement and negotiation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (HRIS, ATS, etc.).
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Ability to build relationships effectively.
Preferred:
- Background in healthcare.
