Job Description:
Seeking a highly motivated self-starter with a solid understanding of human resources, talent acquisition and analytics with a proven ability to make sound judgments to ensure goals are achieved and to complete tasks in a timely manner. Our Talent Acquisition Analyst will have a strong business acumen which aligns and provides talent and development solutions that accelerate and move the needle to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.
Job Description:
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of talent acquisition data through development of ongoing applicant tracking system (ATS) metrics
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Leadership to compile accurate metrics and report on recruiting activity, including trends, ATS systems metrics and market data
- Using established Talent Acquisition data, be able to establish trends and do analysis to help support problem-solving and business decisions
- Evaluate KPIs and provide input as scorecards are created or data is reported to the business
- Through collected information identify opportunities to enhance recruiting efficiencies, and drive operational excellence and standardization across the company or department
- Provide timely and actionable information for the Talent Acquisition Business Partners
- Run ad hoc analysis upon request and provide actionable insights with recommendations for next steps
- Be able to construct PowerPoint presentations that tells the story based on what the data is conveying
- Stay informed on labor force trends globally, nationally, and locally by state
- Additional duties and responsibilities as they evolve
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ year(s) experience in Recruiting or HR Operations position
- 1+ year(s) experience using an ATS (preferably iCIMS)
- Preferably 1+ year(s) experience using a HRIS
- Preferably 1+ year(s) experience using BI platforms
- Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Data visualization skills
- Proven analytic, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong background in analytics and market research as it relates to mining out work force data in specific locations
- Project management experience a plus
