Overview
InteLogix is seeking a Talent Acquisition Admin Assistant to join our organization. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our applicants, providing assistance and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be responsible for the administrative functions of Human Resources to support the operations.

Responsibilities
- Greet applicants and visitors promptly, observing all security requirements in verifying identity and determining entry to the site
- Work with hiring managers to identify needs of a position and accurately present those need in a job posting.
- Vet resumes for requisitions in order to identify candidates that not only possess the technical skills needed but also align with the company culture
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, and using job sites.

- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants and consistent set of qualifications.
- Manage and administer application process including: screening, paperwork, relevant testing, reference checking, background/credit checks, company systems, and recordkeeping, in compliance with EEO standards and company expectations.
- Complete and accurately maintain required recruiting reports.
- Utilize various technologies/online platforms for the purpose of building a pipeline of local and national candidates
- Maintain list of current employees for purposes of planning and coordinating future project staffing needs.
- Answer telephones within Recruiting Office
- Other TA support type duties such as assisting Recruiter and Human Resource Generalist with tasks such as: sending correspondence to applicants and other duties as assigned
- Ensure appropriate forms are sent to corporate office within specified deadlines
- Compile reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and as-needed basis
- Adhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements
- Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals
- React positively to an ongoing, changing environment
- Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
- Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers
- Work safely without presenting a threat to self or others
- Perform additional duties as required by management
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or GED is required
Experience:
6 months of related experience is required
Computer Experience:
Must be able to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively, and have a basic understanding of Windows-based operating systems.

- Must be able to maintain the highly confidential nature of administrative/ human resources information
