Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business needs.
- Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for reporting and analytics projects.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting thorough data validation and troubleshooting.
- Assist in defining key performance indicator and reporting metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Tableau development, including dashboard design and optimization.
- 6+ Year in experience in BI Tools and 3+ years of working experience in TABLEAU DESKTOP and TABLEAU Prep.
- Demonstrated ability to Design, load and performance tune the STAR schema data model from the flat files.
- Good Knowledge on SQL and data engineering best practices.
- Ensure data accuracy using data governance best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Ability to perform business analysis tasks, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Detail-Oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and visualization.
- Excellent communication and verbal communication skills.
- Working experience on Microsoft PowerBI is a plus.
