Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager leads and supports a team of recruiters and associated functional client groups, drives strategy for TA operations performance, assesses and delivers on TA training needs, provides oversight of TA onboarding compliance, consults on TA reporting development and manages the TA/Recruitment office operations. The Manager is responsible for working with the RUSH Employee Service Center to set TA onboarding standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local employment requirements, along with various regulatory requirements and performance measures. The Manager works closely with senior TA management to identify HR/TA policy revisions, key areas of TA operational improvement opportunities, technology utilization opportunities, implementation of new and ongoing TA metrics and training the TA function on new policies and procedures as needed. The Manager exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

Required Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Advanced expertise with applicant tracking systems; basic experience with CRM systems
• 6 years’ work experience in recruitment operations as a full-cycle recruiter with diverse requisition workloads including management and non-management roles.
• 3 years’ experience as an onboarding leader.
• 3 years’ experience managing a full-cycle recruitment function.
• Proven ability to lead team and change management initiatives.
• Previous experience successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders with a consistent track record of delivering on-time, high quality results.
• Demonstrates effective communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience leveraging technology to maximize efficiency; ability to lead performance improvement projects utilizing LEAN principles.
• Optimistic yet realistic; upbeat attitude; energetic; ability to work in fast-paced, growing environment.
• Experience as a change agent, comfortable with ambiguity, in a fast-paced business environment.
• Ability to demonstrate managerial courage and provide timely and actionable constructive feedback.
• Proven ability to manage employee performance to improve overall team performance and customer service levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to create communications for mass distribution and ability to prepare presentations for management audiences.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
• Master's Degree or PHR/SPHR.
• 3 years’ experience managing a healthcare recruitment function or 5 years' experience managing a full-service recruitment function.
• Proven ability to utilize TA metrics to manage and enhance team productivity, service levels (via SLA management) and overall team performance.
