Position Summary:
Join our dynamic team at HSOM and play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of our faculty. Under minimal supervision, you will coordinate career development programs targeted at HSOM faculty and departmental administrative leadership. This individual will also assist with administrative, personnel, and logistical processes, and recognition programs to support the Office of Faculty Affairs & Development in the HSOM. You will utilize established guidelines and processes to carry out various program objectives and directives set by the Office of Faculty Affairs & Development. This role may require fiscal management of grants and other funds, managing multiple programs, and supervising staff as needed. Independent judgment is essential to determine the best approach to accomplish objectives established in the program plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Coordination:Participate in program planning and setting new objectives. Interface with Office of Faculty Affairs & Development members, departmental staff, and faculty to coordinate career development programs.
- Administrative Management:Manage a University department under the direction of a Program Director or Program Advising Committee. Participate in developing program objectives and achieve them within defined parameters set by University and/or department policies and procedures.

- Faculty Development Programs:Coordinate and develop new programs and workshops, including:
- Promotion and Tenure Workshops/Training
- Continuing Chair Education
- Professionalism and Compliance
- Assistant Professor School
- Professor School
- Faculty Orientation and Mentoring Programs:Coordinate and develop new programs and workshops, including:
- Research Faculty Onboarding
- Clinical Faculty Orientation
- Mentoring Facilitator Orientation/Training
- Assistant Professor Mentoring
- Additional Support:Assist with:
- Awards and Recognition
- Tracking mentor-mentee progress
- Mentorship program
- Data management
- New program/workshop development and coordination with HSOM and institutional leadership
- Performing other duties as assigned

Salary Range: %2443,890 - %2471,320
Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
