Key Responsibilities:
- Innovate and Collaborate: Participate in the DOORS requirements definition and traceability process to ensure testability is built into the system from end to end.
- Lead Unique Tests: Plan, prepare, and conduct non-standard tests that are unique to our mission, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
- Document and Coordinate: Create comprehensive documentation, coordinate lab support, and conduct tests to validate our cutting-edge technology.
- Achieve Excellence: Verify that integrated hardware (HW) and software (SW) modules achieve overall physical, functional, and performance objectives.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure system interfaces are compliant with associated Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
- Validate Components: Work closely with engineering design IPTs and test facilities to ensure components are properly validated prior to delivery.
- Active Secret or higher clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in missile flight test or flying test bed field experience.
- 5+ years of experience in integration and test (I&T) assignments, including verifying integrated HW and SW modules.
- 5+ years of experience ensuring system interfaces are compliant with associated ICDs.
- 5+ years of experience generating documentation, including test plans, procedures, reports, status reports, and performing anomaly characterizations and root cause analyses.
- 5+ years of experience addressing security issues, including protection of classified hardware and software, and software loading requirements.
- 5+ years of experience operating effectively with software engineers, designers, and production personnel.
- Prior RF system experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of subsystem HW/SW capabilities, sensor capability, emitter capability, and permissions for their use.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and coordinate other integration participants for I&T program efficiency.
- Effective customer presentation skills, including performance results, schedule status, and corrective action details.
- Awareness of test equipment management, including function, calibration, and security requirements.
- Ability to verify that test data is recorded and cataloged appropriately.
- Ability to generate concise but thorough test reports for use in functional configuration audits and related V&V events.
