Our client in Santa Clara/Sunnyvale, CA is looking for a Systems Integration Technician to join their team. This is a long term position, with the intent to go direct after 3-6 months of successful work on the job.
Minimum Qualifications:
Your primary focus will be on facility service requests, configurations, troubleshooting and turn-over for critical safety devices. The role has opportunity in growth expansion to work with our team in other highly complex systems, including gas detection design and engineering, PLC programming, IT development, and furthering as a system integrator. The team is multi-discipline and highly interactive producing facility care and shell solutions for one of the leading tool manufacturers in the world. Pay Rate-$42.75/hr-$74.75/hr

Minimum Qualifications:
- Primary focus is as field technician, hands on wiring, troubleshooting, terminations.
- Minimum of Associate of Applied Science Degree from an accredited program in the field of Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Information Technology or related.
- At Least 2 years of Industrial System Integration Experience
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Suite including MS Word, Access, Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with any or all Cimplicity, Rockwell, Ignition automation packages.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including cable termination and IP addressing.
- Knowledge of test equipment, multi-meter, digital analyzer, and commissioning devices.
- Understanding of industrial automation protocols, (Modbus RTU/TCP, etc.)
- Understand analog, digital, and relay field wiring and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of diagrams and schematics as related to controls systems, networking, electrical and mechanical.
- User level experience with AutoCAD computer drafting software.
